No cookies

The site uses no cookies, collects no statistics and embeds no third-party services that track your browsing. Fonts and the map are hosted on the site itself. Links to Google Maps, Apple Maps and WhatsApp lead to external services, with their own rules, only if you open them.

The data you send us

When you fill in the request form, or write to us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the data you enter: name, email, phone, dates, number of guests and dogs, message. We use it only to answer your request and manage the booking (pre-contractual and contractual measures, art. 6(1)(b) of EU Regulation 2016/679) and for the legal obligations linked to the stay: guest registration with the police, tourist tax, tax obligations.

How the form travels

The form is forwarded to our mailbox by the Web3Forms service, which acts on our behalf and states that it does not store messages. Alternatively you can write to us directly by email or WhatsApp.

For how long

Data from a request that does not lead to a booking is deleted within 12 months. Booking data is kept for as long as tax obligations require (10 years). We do not pass data to third parties, except as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, and object to processing, by writing to sunshinegarda@gmail.com. You can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Booking conditions

Prices: for the whole apartment, up to 4 guests, as published in the Book section. They include bed linen and towels, electricity, water and gas, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, the residence pool while open, one garage space and one parking space in the residence.
Not included: final cleaning €96 per stay; tourist tax of the Municipality of Puegnago del Garda, €1.00 per person per night, payable on arrival; dogs €25 for the first and €15 for each additional dog, per stay, up to €50.
Request and confirmation: within 24 hours of your request we reply with availability and the total. The booking is confirmed with a 30% deposit paid by bank transfer within 3 days; on receipt we send written confirmation.
Balance: 30 days before arrival. If the booking is made less than 30 days before arrival, deposit and balance are paid together.
Cancellation: free up to 30 days before arrival, with refund of the deposit. After that date the deposit is retained.
Security deposit: none. Any damage is charged at cost.
Guests: maximum 4 people. Guests not declared in the booking are not allowed.
Arrival and departure: check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am. Self check-in with key box; instructions and gate code are sent before arrival.
Documents: on arrival, the identity documents of all guests, as required by Italian law for police registration.
Pets: dogs are welcome with the supplement indicated. The number of dogs must be stated in the request.
Smoking: not allowed inside the apartment.
Pool: open until 1 October; use is subject to the residence rules.
Payment: bank transfer. Bank details are sent with the reply to your request and are not published on the site.
